Card and account payments are processed through PayPal, and PayU is available for regions it serves better. Prices are calculated on our server at checkout, never taken from the browser.
Your account reverts to the free tier. Nothing you created is deleted: your attempts, scores and certificates remain, and paid-only limits simply reapply.
Yes. Institution licensing is priced per cohort and includes tenant isolation, curriculum mapping, cohort analytics and administrator roles. Get in touch with your numbers.
The student plan is already priced for students. If your institution licenses the platform, every enrolled student is covered at no individual cost.
