For medical schools, pharmacy schools and teaching hospitals

Run it across the whole programme

Your institution gets its own tenant: your users, your cohorts, your content and your analytics, isolated from every other institution on the platform.

An illustration of an institution’s cohort report: 248 students across four topics, showing the proportion meeting the standard in prescribing safety, renal dose adjustment, interaction recognition and diagnostic reasoning.

What an institution licence includes

Cohorts and enrolment

Bulk-import students, group them by year or programme, and assign courses, assessments and stations to a whole cohort at once.

Curriculum mapping

A shared taxonomy of systems, specialties and topics. Every question, case and station is tagged, so you can report coverage against your syllabus.

Secure assessment delivery

Timed exams with server-side windows, attempt limits, per-attempt shuffling and controlled result release.

Outcome analytics

Cohort performance by topic and by domain, item analysis for every question, and exportable reports.

Roles and permissions

Granular permissions for administrators, faculty, examiners and reviewers, enforced on the server for every request.

Verifiable certificates

Completion certificates with a public verification page, so a certificate can be checked without an account.

Governance and data

  • Tenant isolation is enforced server-side. Every query is scoped to the institution of the signed-in user; it is not a filter the client can change.
  • Faculty content stays yours. Cases, questions and stations authored inside your institution are visible only within it unless you publish them globally.
  • AI content is never auto-published. Generated material enters as a draft marked AI-generated and requires human review before it can be used.
  • Full audit trail. Content changes, role assignments, publication and administrative actions are recorded with actor, time and before/after values.
  • Scoring and timing are server-side. Attempt deadlines, shuffling, marking and result release happen where the browser cannot influence them, and answer keys are never sent to the browser during an exam.
  • Prescription checking is deterministic. Dose ranges, routes, interactions, allergies and renal thresholds come from case rules and the drug database, never from a language model. AI may explain a finding; it cannot create or override one.
